Background
Fredrik is a partner and Commercial Director at ZCO, a Stockholm-based agency building headless e-commerce solutions for B2B and B2C brands. He has worked in digital business since 2010, with a background spanning server operations and technical production to sales, partnerships and business development.
His career began in technology. For five years as a server administrator he configured and ran server environments and game servers, while building very large online communities, including mcmodels.net. In the summer of 2015 he co-organised the world's first esports summer camp together with Ninjas in Pyjamas, where he was responsible for the entire technical delivery.
He then led web and film projects as a production manager at Metopia before moving on to Jajja Media Group, where he worked as account manager, key account manager and sales coach, and was named Salesperson of the Year 2018. At Triggerbee, which works with personalisation and customer analytics for e-commerce, he was responsible for key accounts and strategic partnerships until he joined ZCO in 2024.
Why I do this
Fredrik has seen from the inside what makes people trust a platform and come back to it. Building communities is about creating something useful, understandable and credible for the people who use it – and the same requirements apply to GRANSKA.
He wants to help the platform's reviews reach the people they are meant for, and to turn the technical quality built into the objectivity engine into a clear and sustainable business.
Area of responsibility
As a board member of Mani Dev AB, Fredrik contributes commercial experience and perspective on market, sales and partnerships. He supports the company on how GRANSKA is positioned, how the offering is packaged and how the platform can grow with the right customers and partners.
How he works
Fredrik works where technology meets business. His starting point is to ask better questions and see connections others miss. With experience of both technical operations and customer-facing sales, he can translate between what is being built and what the market demands, and he places great weight on making sure promises made to customers can be kept.
